• Phone number: Used as your primary identifier for authentication via SMS OTP.
• Post and listing data: Details you enter when creating needs or availability posts.
• Authentication data: OTP verification records and session tokens.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, and visit timestamps (collected via cookies).

We collect and process your data in order to:

• Process match requests and conduct manual administrative reviews.
• Handle enquiries and connect you with other businesses according to your requirements.
• Provide the information you request through the platform.
• Send platform notifications, match updates, and OTP verification messages.
• Disclosure to match partner: Upon confirming a match between two parties, only essential contact details are shared — and only after both parties have given their explicit consent.
• Security: Your data is stored securely in encrypted databases. Session tokens are handled using industry-standard cryptographic methods.

We may not be able to provide these services if you do not provide the required personal data.

ReShare uses your personal data for clear, lawful, and specific purposes — ensuring transparency and safeguarding your privacy rights. Your data is never sold to third parties and is never shared for marketing purposes.

The collection and processing of personal data is based on your explicit consent, given when you register and accept these terms. You have the right to withdraw this consent at any time, unless a regulatory basis or legal requirement necessitates its retention.
